Is the student being fully supported in regular classroom instruction
For each area of language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing), are specific scaffolds and supports being used to scaffold the student in academic tasks

Does the student have opportunities to use language everyday?
Is the classroom culture one that is welcoming, engaging - Is cultural and language diversity honored and embraced?
Is the school culture welcoming?
