Does the program/practice require ongoing or one time   funding and does the implementation site have a funding structure to support the program/practice?  

Does the implementation site have adequate staffing capacity including numbers of staff, staff knowledge base, and supervisory capacity to implement and sustain the program/practice as designed?

Does the implementation site have adequate technology to implement the program/practice including hardware, software and technical support?
